Town Administration

The Rust Municipal Building, located off Tripoli Road at 14 TAC Lane, is home to Waterville Valley Town Office, the Department of Public Safety, the Department of Public Works and transfer station. Waterville Valley Town Office is open to serve the public from 8 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Town Office provides the following services:

• Voter registration
• Dog registration/licensing
• Bill payment collection (water/sewer & tax) - NOW ACCEPTING CREDIT CARDS ONLINE ONLY, in addition to cash and check at desk.
• Permit applications (Fire, Tent, Building, Sign) with fee paid at time of application by cash or check.
• Notary Public services for residents of Waterville Valley. All others please call first to inquiry if available.
• General information regarding Waterville Valley
