Fireworks Display Rescheduled to Sunday, July 5th
Fireworks Display Rescheduled to Sunday, July 5th
Due to unforeseen emergency medical circumstances, the licensed pyrotechnic technician scheduled to conduct our July 4th fireworks display is unfortunately unable to perform the show as planned.
While we know this news may be disappointing, we are pleased to share that an alternate licensed technician has been secured and will be available to conduct the fireworks display on Sunday, July 5th. As a result, the fireworks display has been rescheduled for that evening.
The good news is that all of our favorite Independence Day traditions on Saturday, July 4th will continue as planned! We invite residents and visitors to join us for a full day of community celebration, including:
- 4th of July Parade – 11:00 a.m.
- Family Carnival at Packard's Field – Beginning at 12:00 p.m.
- Reading of the Declaration of Independence in Town Square – 8:30 p.m.
Then, keep the celebration going by joining us on Sunday, July 5th, for what promises to be a spectacular fireworks display.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work through these unforeseen circumstances. Most importantly, we wish the pyrotechnic technician a full and speedy recovery.
Thank you for helping make Waterville Valley's Independence Day celebration such a special tradition. We look forward to celebrating with residents and visitors throughout the holiday weekend.
