• COST: $45.00 for Quadrivalent and $80.00 for Fluzone High Dose

Medicare and Medicaid Accepted. (Please bring your card!)

All Insurances are accepted. Please bring your Insurance Card with you!

Administered by a registered nurse from Speare Memorial Hospital. Per CDC Guidelines & SMH Hospital Policy: Masks are required.
