The Waterville Valley Planning Board will hold a continuance of the Adventure Zone Public Hearing to answer questions concerning the site plan application. Once public input is heard, the Planning Board may close the Public Hearing to begin deliberations on the merits of the application, including conditions.

Applicant: Tyrell Development Co. LLC (Owner) James Sununu, Michael Sununu, Keach-Nordstrom Associates Inc – Paul Chisholm, PE (Agents): Requests review of a Site Plan application to construct an outdoor adventure zone consisting of an 18-hole mini golf course, maze, adventure center building, and an aerial course located at 135 Valley Road and identified at Map 105 Lot 001 located in the Commercial 1 Zone.
