First issue 2025 Property Tax Bills are in the mail as of May 12th, 2025. The payment due date is July 1, 2025. 

REMINDER!! ALL property owners receive a Property Tax Bill, regardless of whether or not funds are escrowed through a mortgage holder or lender. If you are unsure if your funds are escrowed for your property taxes, please check with your mortgage holder or lender.

Payment can made in person at the WV Town Offices, by mail, or online.
