Notice to the Residents of Waterville Valley

Subject: New Phone System at the Town Offices

Dear Residents,

We are pleased to inform you that the Town of Waterville Valley is implementing a new phone system to better serve you. Starting January 24^th, 2025, when you call the Town Offices using 603-236-4730, you will now hear an auto-attendant directing you to the appropriate department based on your inquiry. Please follow the prompts below:

• Dial 1 for the Administrative Offices (Questions about motor vehicle registrations or taxes)
• Dial 2 for questions about the Transfer Station or Trash Pickup
• Dial 3 for Assessing, Land Use, Building Permits, or Code Enforcement
• Dial 4 for questions about Roads, Street Lights, and Drainage
• Dial 5 for the Water and Sewer Department
• Dial 6 for Non-Emergent Police or Fire Matters
• Dial 7 for the Finance Office
• Dial 8 for the Parks and Recreation Department
• Dial 9 to repeat

You will also notice an auto attendant when dialing the non-emergency public safety line at 603-236-8809 as well as at the Parks & Recreation Dept. at 603-236-4695.  We hope this new system makes it easier and quicker for you to reach the right department.  During after hours and Holidays, you'll have the opportunity to leave a voicemail in the department of your choosing.
